Online contributions are the easiest way to contribute. We also hold periodic fundraisers, like brewery nights, silent auctions, and community get-togethers. Feel free to join us! You can also mail a check payable to “Cottonwood Classical Foundation” to the school’s address, at 7801 Jefferson Street NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
The CCPS Foundation is a 501c3 organization created to receive and allocate donations in support of the school’s mission. Not all of its funding needs are captured under the state’s funding formula, which makes fundraising from community members interested in supporting top notch public education for New Mexico youth absolutely critical.
Yes, all contributions to the CCPS Foundation are tax deductible.
The CCPS Foundation is subject to the rules and regulations governing nonprofit organizations federally and at the state level. It is also audited annually as part of the school’s audit (conducted via the Albuquerque Public Schools). The CCPS Foundation has an independent board of directors, including financial expertise, and multiple checks and balances to ensure financial integrity.
Yes, and thank you for your generosity! When you make your gift, you can designate a regular periodic contribution.
Thank you for supporting CCPS in this way! We would love your support in organizing our fundraisers, or in service on the board. You also have the option to contact the school office to get connected to the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) or the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) to join those organizations and volunteer for a wide range of activities that create a positive impact on the life of the school.
